Château Paul Mas' Clos Des Mûres from Languedoc is a supple, medium to full-bodied red wine blending sustainably grown Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre with notes of wild blackberry, dark plum, black olive and cocoa. This dry wine displays velvety tannins and lush fruit that will continue to develop over the next five years. Serve it at room temperature with grilled pork tenderloin as the wine's generous character complements the tender meat, or pair it with lamb burgers where the wine's meaty depth stands up to the charred patties. Winemaker Jean-Claude Mas crafts this juicy blend with layers of garrigue herbs and toasted vanilla that add complexity while preserving the wine's mouth-filling richness. Château Paul Mas has been at the forefront of sustainable viticulture in southern France, producing wines that showcase the exceptional quality-to-value ratio possible in Languedoc. This elegant wine earned 92 points at the 2024 International Wine & Spirit Competition and represents excellent value and will drink beautifully through 2031.

Food pairings: prime rib roast, grilled pork tenderloin, lamburgers, roast chicken.
