Masterfully made: great value too. A well-rounded, balanced Niagara Chardonnay: not heavy or wimpy, just right. Toasted almond and golden apple aromas. Nice mouth-feel. Pair with roast turkey or chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I really enjoyed this wonderful Chardonnay from Cave Spring - the price is an added bonus. The wine is complex and elegant showing flavors of poached apricot, pear, orchard apples, vanilla and butter. Simply wonderful with a lingering creamy finish. Try it with your next grilled pork tenderloin topped with an Ontario pear and apple salsa.
From Cave Spring Estate's Cave Spring Vineyard, their 2016 Chardonnay is a well-balanced, dry and creamy Chardonnay with toasted nut and ripe golden apple, pear, vanilla and spice flavours on the palate. The Chardonnay wine grapes from this wine were sourced from three parcels in the Cave Spring Vineyard from vines over 30 years of age. Pair with grilled pork chops. - Community Wine Reviews
