Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A blend of 50% Grenache/30% Carignan/20% Syrah. Concentrated with a generous medley of red and black fruit on the nose and palate. Silky, smooth with good depth. A long finish makes this a delight from start to finish. Pair with prime rib. This drinks like a wine easily twice the price. Excellent value. Tasted Dec 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A full-bodied Rhone blend(Grenache, syrah, Carignan) that is a good example of the terroir there. Pours medium-garnet with aromas of dark cherry, spice and pepper. Well balanced acidity and tannins with a bright, fresh finish. Serve with savoury dishes, beef or lamb.
A Côtes du Rhône Villages red wine blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan. Concentrated flavours of black cherry, sweet and pepper spice. Fantastic value under $17. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
