Hours of Operation: Woodstock Cellar Door: 10am - 5pm daily, Woodstock Coterie Restaurant: 12noon - 3pm daily

Tucked in the foot hills of the Onkaparinga Ranges, Woodstock Estate initially established by English settlers in 1905, boasts quite a unique setting to many other wineries in the region. Quintessentially Australian and surrounded by towering century old gum trees and tranquil native gardens, it is an essential stop while touring the McLaren Vale region.

On site, there is Woodstock Coterie Restaurant with live jazz bands playing every Sunday for your enjoyment, Courtyard and Gardens for your relaxation, a quaint little Cellar Door for your tasting pleasure, a Wildlife Sanctuary for your viewing, a Children’s Playground and Bocce Sets available for a game or three.

Fresh zesty whites, opulent yet beautifully structured reds and an array of after-dinner wines make up Woodstock’s portfolio of wines. The Woodstock philosophy is to capture the essence of McLaren Vale, focusing on absolute quality every step of the way. This starts in our vineyards, through every stage of winemaking to the way our wines are presented and served to you.

  Best Books of the Year

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
