Hugh acquired much of his knowledge of wine making with local European wineries through hands-on experience, from picking to pressing to fermenting. Hugh developed a keen ability to produce custom wines that fulfill the wants and needs of the most discriminating taste buds! Stop in and sample some of his creations!
