Tangled Oaks Vineyard & Winery is located in the quiet little town of Grandin, Florida. It is owned and operated by the DaCasto family, who have been growing grapes and making wine in Calosso d'Asti, Italy for well over 100 years. Now, the tradition continues in America. Every bottle represents the family's pride in producing high quality wine.
Tangled Oaks Vineyard and Winery was the idea of Dave and Ricky DaCasto that developed over several years of research and planning. During 2003, while visiting family in Italy at the town of Calosso d’Asti, it became apparent how much the family heritage is tied to the grape and wine making. After returning home, Tangled Oaks Vineyard started to exist, as a concept, and later as an actual winery.
Today, the winery and gift shop is operated by David Sr. who manages most business functions, and David Jr., who oversees most winery operations. From the day we began making wine, we have been constantly trying to make the highest quality and most affordable wine possible. We invite you to join us to see how far we have come!

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
