Saxby Winery and Vineyard is located in the Paso Robles AVA near the beautiful small town of Creston, on California’s Central Coast. All of our wines are handcrafted in small batches from the finest grapes.

Enormously complex and concentrated, yet elegant and polished. The fragrant rose petal and mint aromas lead to a plush core of ripe plum, black cherry and currants. The finish is long and luxurious, punctuated with hints of dark berries and spice. This wine will keep you coming back for more. Enjoy with grilled steaks, peppered salmon, roasted wild game, sharp rich cheeses and decadent chocolates.

Product Information
This well balnaced Côte-Rôtie style wine has a pleasant blend of blueberry, vanilla and earthy fruit flavors followed by firm tannins. It finishes with smooth black cherry and a hint of tobacco. Enjoy with juicy barbecued rib-eye steak and it will tame any rich chocolate dessert.
