The prestige achieved does not come alone; but rather, it is savored after years of experience and continuous work. This work dates back many years ago, when in 1928 a visionary man, Don Angelo Cetto, who with great conviction and strength sows the noble European wine tradition in fertile lands of Baja California. Don Angelo used his skills and knowledge acquired in his native Trentino, Italy.

In 1951, a second generation followed in the footsteps of our company's founder. Don Luis Agustín Cetto, who faithful to the tradition developed by his father, consolidates the company's brand in the privileged Valle de Guadalupe, a place that was received in 1965 by Engineer Camilo Magoni, from Morbegno, Italy, this highly talented winemaker quickly reached maturity and success in winemaking.

The characteristic quality of so many years gave its greatest fruits in 1983 when the first varietals of the LA Cetto line were launched on the market and in a short time were desired by the most demanding palates. After years of dedication and dreams fulfilled, in 1983, the third generation joins this family task: Luis Alberto Cetto, who is entrusted with the purpose of reinforcing the growth of the company and strengthening the history of the group, also contributing to the opening of international markets for Mexican wines, while continuing to expand the circle of consumers in our country.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
