Genevieve Greif & Will Stafford owners of G2S Pickin’ Patch Inc. have developed a business plan for the creation of Forest Fringe Winery & Café Inc. (FFWC) with the idea of capturing the complete value chain for fruit that comes from G2S Pickin’ Patch Inc.’s 50 acre orchard and to become a dominant agricultural tourism destination, showcasing the entire quarter section.

The winery will produce a variety of fruit wines beginning at a production level of 5,000 L, moving to 10,000 L in year 2, and 30,000 L by year 3. The winery is designed with the capacity to expand to the maximum allowable provincial production limit of 45,000 L.

To assist in the creation of fruit wines of exceptional quality we have garnered the services of Christine Leroux a professional vintner of high standing in Canada. Christine began her oenology studies in France and continued on to apprentice in France and Australia followed with winemaking in California, Ontario and British Columbia, providing her with experience in both grape and fruit wines.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
