Welcome to Flying Dreams
The name Flying Dreams originated with the idea that in life we must take chances if we are to fulfill our deepest passions. "Leap and Find Your Wings on the Way Down" embodies this concept and has become our mantra in the pursuit of creating the finest and most interesting ultra-premium wines found anywhere.

Vineyards
Extraordinary wines are made with care in the winery, but it is said that they begin in the vineyard – and we wholeheartedly believe this notion. In 2007 Flying Dreams Winery began establishing relationships with some of the best grape growers in Washington State. Stillwater Creek Vineyard on the Royal Slope, Bouchey Vineyard in the Yakima Valley and Stone Tree Vineyard on the Wahluke Slope are among those with whom we are contracted for our varieties.

Leroy Radford, winemaker
Passionate about winemaking since his first vintage in 2005, Leroy consistently strives to deepen his understanding of what it takes to make sublime wines of uniqueness and character. With a desire to explore Spanish varietals, he has set his sights on Tempranillo, Garnacha and Monastrell moving forward. Look for these in the 2008 release and the 2009 vintage!

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
