Bruce Mooers is a 25-year wine industry veteran, who has sold wines from all over Europe and Northern California. A specialist in the ultra-premium market, Mooers has been with the Far Niente family of wineries since 2002 when he was named director of sales for Nickel & Nickel. Later, Mooers added sister wineries Far Niente and Dolce to his responsibilities. He was named vice president of sales for the companies in 2007 and was appointed president of EnRoute in 2008. A native of the East Coast, Mooers began his wine industry career in Los Angeles, and has made his home in Northern California since 1995.

Andrew Delos has been making Pinot Noir in the Russian River Valley and Sonoma County for most of his winemaking career. Following graduation from the Viticulture and Enology program at University of California, Davis, Delos served as enologist with MacRostie Winery in Carneros. He then was appointed assistant winemaker at Pellegrini Family Vineyards in the Russian River Valley where he worked with Olivet Lane Vineyard, a source of many notable Russian River Pinot Noirs. Delos concurrently made the wines for several custom crush clients, including some of the most respected names in Russian River Pinot. Eventually, Delos became assistant winemaker at single-vineyard specialist Nickel & Nickel in Napa Valley, where he made wines from Napa Valley, Russian River and Sonoma Coast. When the winery partners created EnRoute in 2007, Delos was the natural choice for winemaker, given his background in Russian River Pinot Noir. Delos makes his home in Windsor, just a few miles away from EnRoute's Amber Ridge Vineyard.

Aaron Fishleder was drawn to vicitulture by the opportunity to help grape growers battle phylloxera through his research at University of California, Davis. A fifth-generation San Franciscan, Fishleder conducted rootstock trials during the height of phylloxera replanting in northern California, as a paid researcher while pursuing his Masters degree at the university. In later work, Fishleder developed his thesis focused on Pierce's Disease, and laid the groundwork for today's PD research. Upon graduation, Fishleder accepted the first staff viticulturist position with Napa Valley's Far Niente winery, where he advised outside vineyard management on the winery's estate vineyards. A few years later, Fishleder helped launch Far Niente Vineyards, a company separate from Far Niente charged with farming the vineyards owned by the partners of Far Niente, and sister wineries Dolce and Nickel & Nickel. Today, as president of Far Niente Vineyards, Fishleder and his staff farm the wineries' estate vineyards and outside client vineyards in Napa Valley, Russian River Valley and Green Valley.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
