Crane Creek Vineyards is a family run business in the truest sense of the word. Members of our small staff are all family members, even if they are not part of my blood family. All of our "family" members have their own specialties and unique personalities, but are all experienced in each facet of the winemaking process and other activities at the vineyard.
At Crane Creek Vineyards, we like to think that wines made from our grapes are an expression of our unique area. Our twelve acres of vines are planted in a variety of grapes, including the European varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. We also grow the old world French American hybrid varieties of Chambourcin, Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc and Villard Noir along with the modern hybrid Chardonel. The native American varieties Norton and Catawba round out our unique varietal collection.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
