In 2002, after many years of making wine for their own enjoyment, a growing circle of fellow wine drinkers, and winning awards as an amateur winemaker, Thom & Sandie Beebe decided to open their commercial winery. The quality and superior tastes of Cellars de Santom wine begins in the vineyard and it needs to be pleasing to the palate and able to be enjoyed by all.
Whether you prefer a semi-sweet blend of fragrant raspberries and cranberries that challenge the taste buds as you discern their wonderful flavors in our signature Santom CranRas, or you prefer the light, crisp, freshness of our Santom Demi-sec, we have wines for every taste.
Full-bodied reds such as Norton and Chambourcin are complemented with just a hint of French Oak to enhance, not hide, their wonderful taste.
Larry oversees the day to day operations and ensures that only the best grapes and fruits are processed in the winery.
Scott participates in the tastings to ensure our high standards are met. His energy recharges us during many of those long days.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
