Bründlmayer manages vineyards in the best locations around Langenlois. All of the vineyards have been cultivated sustainably since 1979 and in a biological-organic fashion since 2015. Among the Grüner Veltliners are stars like "Loiserberg", "Lamm" and "Käferberg". Among the Rieslings "Steinmassl" competes with the elegantly structured "Heiligenstein". The "Alte Reben" and "LYRA" of the Heiligenstein embody terroir and concentration. Hugh Johnson quotes "Bründlmayer Brut" as "Austria's Best Sekt". Zweigelt, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay belongs to Bründlmayer's acclaimed pecialities as well as the rare sweet wines. "Almost every wine, from the lightest Grüner Veltliner to the red wine and the sparkling wine has what it takes to be the best of the vintage in its category." (Falstaff)

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable: A Tipsy Search

  Best Books of the Year

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
