Von Holt Wines sources its fruit from premier boutique vineyards in the cool climate appelations of California's Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley. Our fruit grows in what is considered viticulturally a "cool climate region" where moderate temperatures and a gradual progression from budburst to harvest protects delicacy and nuance in resulting fruit.

Von Holt Wines strives to have each vintage represent a chronicle of their specific year in harmony with the designated vineyard site.

At Von Holt Wines we don't produce huge volumes of wine. Our annual bottlings are quite small by any measure of the wine makers of the world. Being small allows us to pay artisan attention to fine winemaking.
