Honey and beeswax on the nose with lifted floral and lime blossom notes on the palate. Balanced and not cloying. Delightful with any dish that has a touch of sweetness or spice to it. Highly recommended.

Reviews and Ratings

Siegerrebe is a cross between two little-known varieties creating a rich, robust, round and ripe wine. It is so rich that it is wise never to blend it with another variety as it will overpower it. This award-winning example shows off Siegerrebe’s big, bold nature beautifully. Medium-sweet, this wine is filled with mango, guava, ripe peach, apricot and pear aromas and flavours. It is a terrific match for fiery Asian dishes as the intensity and sweetness of the wine refreshes the palate for another plunge into the heat of the dish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
