MINE: From La Moralina Vineyard in the Cachapoal Valley, Vistamar Gran Reserva 2020 is a great value Cabernet Sauvignon at $20 produced from sustainably grown grapes. Juicy and generous with fresh red berry, dark berry and plum fruit up front and fresh with herbal notes throughout, this is a succulent and supple Cab to enjoy now through 2028. NEW: Vistamar sources this Cabernet from a single vineyard site, farmed sustainably in central Chile for everyday value. Black cherry and a note of clove lead the way, warm cedar, trailing behind. Soft tannins make it juicy and smooth, an easy pour any night. Pour it with bison burgers or a meat-lover's pizza.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: meat-lover's pizza, bison burgers, roast turkey, beef brisket.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
