Natalie's Score: 91/100

The taste of maturity: tanned leather, dried fruit and herbs. Lovely moth-watering acidity for a rack of lamb. Elegant with a long finish. OTHER: A rich and velvety-textured Chianti Classico with balsamic, walnut and dried cherry aromas and flavours. Full body, chewy tannins and a long, flavourful finish. This is structured. Excellent for a 2010. Holding on beautifully. A single vineyard red. Drink or hold. Score - 93 (James Suckling, jamessuckling.com, Oct. 29, 2015).

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Intense smoke, dried sage, vanilla, and cherry dominate the aromas. The palate shows a hefty (med +) body with notes that repeat from the nose. Acidity is high and lingering leaving the mouth watering for more. Overall, balance and structure are well integrated. Enjoy pairing with eggplant parmesan.
