Versado Reserva is a full-bodied, dry Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina, with a firm weight and concentrated profile, best served at room temperature. Winemakers Peter Gamble, Ann Sperling, and Roberto de la Mota craft this wine from organically grown grapes with spontaneous fermentation and 24 months in French oak, offering aromas and flavours of lush dark fruit, dried thyme, white pepper, and subtle charred spice with a structured, layered palate. At 13.5% alcohol, it has moderate aging potential through 2028, maintaining freshness while gaining depth. Pair it with roasted veal to enhance its ripe berry and spice, or hearty soups to complement its savoury richness. This Reserva exemplifies Mendoza's capacity to produce robust, elegant Malbecs with finesse and consistency.

Malbec food pairings: roasted veal, hearty soups, roasted duck breast, hamburger.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
