An exotic and delicious dessert wine: a red bubbly with enough sweetness for chocolate cake yet not too much that will make you tired of it before you finish you cake and have it too ;) Aromas of fleshy ripe strawberries. Worth trying.

Brachetto D'acqui food pairings: lightly spiced curry dishes, lamb stew, white turkey meat, tacos, seafood.

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Sweet and delicioius with fine bubbles to cleanse the palate. Highly recommended to enjoy in the sun with charcuterie or even after a meal while relaxing on a patio with friends. Tasted June 2015. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
An aromatic dessert Italian wine made from the Autochthonous grapes grown in Asti and Alessandria, regions famous for dessert wines. Finishes with rose petal notes and a raspberry-strawberry compote. Good balancing acidity. Serve chilled. - Community Wine Reviews
