The Juice Wine Company Riesling, Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada is a vibrant cool-climate white wine with lifted aromas of lime, green apple, white peach and citrus blossom, alongside subtle mineral and wet stone notes. The palate is light to medium-bodied, off-dry and precise, with zesty acidity, juicy orchard fruit and a clean, refreshing finish at about 10 to 11% alcohol. The structure is focused and energetic, reflecting the limestone-rich soils of the Twenty Mile Bench. Fascinating fact: The Twenty Mile Bench is part of the Niagara Escarpment sub-appellations, known for its limestone and clay soils that help Riesling retain high acidity and develop strong mineral character. Serve it well-chilled.

Riesling food pairings: spicy tuna rolls, chicken satay with peanut sauce, butternut squash risotto, roasted duck breast with orange glaze.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
