From Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Tawse Limestone Ridge-North 2020 Riesling is vegan-friendly and great value at $22. Limestone Ridge is the most limestone-laden vineyard of Tawse's estate vineyards, and this off-dry, vibrant Riesling is expressive of its terroir with fresh green apple, soft citrus, ripe peach and flinty mineral flavours fresh and lingering on the palate. Chill and enjoy with fish tacos.
