From Federici, Roma 2020 is a fruity and velvety red wine blend of 60% Montepulciano and 40% Cesanese grapes sourced from the Lazio wine region. A portion of the grapes were also dried giving the wine its concentrated flavours of wild strawberries, cherry, red berries, fine herbs, cedar brush, anise, pepper and cinnamon spice flavours on the palate. Tannins are fine-grained and structured. Enjoy with your favourite meaty pasta dish. The Federici family have farmed land in central Italy since the early 1900s, but in the 1960s, Antonio Federici founded Cantine Federici and began making wine. The region benefits from cooling breezes from the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west and the Apennine Mountains to the northeast.
