A juicy chewy blend of lusciously ripe grapes: 60% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Franc, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. Savoury with black cherry aromas and flavours and purple plums, licorice and anise. A smooth, full-bodied texture and weight with a nice mouth-watering bite for food.

Reviews and Ratings

Carla rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

I grew up in the sand and gravel business. In my teens I even drove a front end loader and filled dump trucks with granular from one of my dad's several gravel pits. When I saw this wine, I had to buy it. It was a gift to my brother for his birthday. We truly enjoyed it. It was a beautiful wine to sip and reminisce with.

The 4th Redcoat vintage is the first of
the 2010 reds to be released. This
fabulous vintage allows for early
drinkability and has some surprising
integrated tannins. Redcoat is the
perfect match for pizza, burgers on the
BBQ, pasta with red sauce and firm cheeses.
