Rapaura Springs Reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough is a dry, medium-bodied white of real intensity and distinction, sourced from sustainably grown grapes and bursting with a boldly expressive bouquet of crushed lychee, white currant, kaffir lime leaf, sun-ripened fig, and a gorgeous briny, oyster shell minerality that gives this wine a thrilling sense of coastal place and Marlborough character. It's mouth-filling and concentrated, with a mouthwatering, electric acidity and a long, focused finish that lingers with real persistence and drive. Rapaura Springs takes its name from the Rapaura area of Marlborough, widely considered the golden heart of the region's most prized Sauvignon Blanc vineyards, where the stony, free-draining soils and long, cool ripening season consistently produce wines of exceptional aromatic intensity and freshness. This Reserve was awarded an outstanding 96 points at the New Zealand International Wine Show 2025, one of the Southern Hemisphere's most respected wine competitions, a remarkable achievement that speaks to the quality and ambition behind this wine. Serve it well chilled alongside barbecued lobster with a tarragon butter sauce, where the wine's briny minerality and tropical richness create a luxurious and memorable pairing, or try it with a chilled seafood platter, letting the wine's crisp, vibrant acidity and layered fruit cut through the delicate brininess of fresh shellfish with effortless elegance. Enjoy it through 2028.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: chicken salad, pork tenderloin, seafood, barbecued lobster.
