A superb dry white that's packed with flavour and character. Lemon-petrol on the opens up to a lime sunshine lift on the palate. This wine will make your mouth water just smelling it. Very versatile with food, from seafood to roast turkey to on its own as an aperitif. Lovely!

Reviews and Ratings

The Riesling grapes were handpicked in late October from 28 year old vines grown in South Kelowna and our Quails’ Gate Estate vineyards. Deep roots that extend into the subsoil of Boucherie Mountain bring complex mineral and slate notes to the fruit. This wine is whole bunch pressed and cold fermented in stainless tanks for over 3 weeks to add character and complexity. Classic aged Riesling characteristics will develop in the bottle over a 2–3 year period. However, for those not faint of heart, careful cellaring of 7-10 years can produce a truly exceptional wine. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
