Praise Bistro from Languedoc's Pays d'Oc is a lively, approachable red wine revealing notes of blackberry, raspberry compote, and cracked black pepper with hints of dark cocoa and warming spice. It's dry and medium-bodied with smooth tannins and bright acidity that carries through to a fresh, lingering finish. Serve it slightly below room temperature with roasted pork loin as the wine's juicy fruit and spice notes will complement the savory meat beautifully, or pair it with mushroom and gruyère quiche where the wine's earthy character and vibrant acidity will enhance the rich flavors. The winemakers source grapes from the sun-drenched vineyards of southern France where the Mediterranean climate and diverse soils create ideal growing conditions. The Languedoc region has experienced a remarkable renaissance since the 1990s, with producers combining traditional methods and modern techniques to craft terroir-driven wines that offer exceptional quality and value. This wine drinks beautifully now or can be enjoyed over the next 2-4 years.

Food pairings: roasted pork loin, mushroom and gruyère quiche, charcuterie board.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
