Reviews and Ratings

Claire rated this wine as 92/100
Drink Wine and Giggle Gals rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The Mirassou Winery dates back to 1854 and was located in what is now Silicon Valley. Gallo purchased the brand in 2003 and moved it to Modesto California, but the family tradition continues under the stewardship of 6th generation Mirassou David Mirassou. Mirassou Winery Pinot Noir is one of the top-selling pinot noirs in the United States and the Drink Wine and Giggle Gals will attest to its fruit-forward easy drinkability that we would pair with a girlfriend get together consisting of pizza, chocolate facials and American Graffiti (the movie that made Modesto California famous).
Joe Hache Prince Edward Count rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

We initially found this wine at our favourite wine bar in Oakville - Corks. Then it was released in the LCBO and we buy quite a bit. In Montreal yesterday we found it at the SAQ and wanted to try it at an Asian Fusion last night.

There are light vanilla and oak notes combined with a very pleasing taste of strawberry, cherry and red current and is very well balanced.

It paired well with parts of the Asian fare we had but not with others. We were originally going for some Italian and that was the reason for the wine and I will still give it an 89 based on the wine itself ...
Bre Paszkat rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Mirassou 2011 Pinot Noir is a lighthearted, easy drinking wine that is beautifully scarlet in colour. There is lots of sour cherry and raspberry. Also layered with a spice, earth, and a hint of oak. A pleasant dry wine with medium to high level of acidity.
Glen rated this wine as 81/100 with the following review:

Love this. It's our regular Sunday night with family wine.
