Magnotta's Limited Edition Riesling Icewine from Ontario is a lusciously sweet, medium-bodied dessert wine offering notes of white peach, quince, apricot, and orange blossom. This is the convenient half bottle size (375 ml) which is ideal when you'd like to begin a meal with a glass and half each to toast. This intensely aromatic wine displays vibrant lemony acidity that beautifully balances its rich sweetness and will continue to develop over the next four years. Serve it well chilled with lemon tart as the wine's bright acidity complements the citrus filling, or pair it with creamy blue cheese where the wine's sweetness balances the pungent, salty flavors. Winemaker Rossana Magnotta crafts this exquisite icewine from Riesling grapes harvested at -8°C when naturally frozen on the vine, yielding only precious drops of concentrated nectar. Magnotta Winery has been family-owned since 1989 and has earned numerous international accolades for their icewines, with this vintage awarded Gold at the 2022 National Wine Awards of Canada. This concentrated icewine with its silky, seemingly endless finish represents excellent quality and will cellar beautifully through 2030.

Riesling Icewine food pairings: fruit cup, custard desserts, New York style cheesecake with an apricot coulis.
