Vintages Wine Panel: This wine contains 24 mg/L of free sulphur. Clean with clear grapefruit, lemon zest, floral and mineral notes on the nose. Dry, medium-bodied with a lively presence on the palate, good grapefruit replays and a touch of melon. The finish is racy and the length is medium. A very fine example. My note: Terrific, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc that’s not too grassy. Lovely herbal and lime notes. Fantastic acidity in this organic wine.
