Natalie's Score: 91/100

A full-bodied Chilean red with a towering structure, great depth of black fruit and tar flavour and a good grip on the palate. Decant for 2 hours for maximum pleasure. Long finish. Could use cellar time to mellow and integrate. Finishes with notes of blackcurrant and cedar smoke. Pair with a rare steak tonight.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rare steak, beef braised in red wine.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
