Vintages Wine Panel: This predominantly Cab Franc blend is medium ruby in color with a purple rim. The nose features blackberry, plum and raspberry aromas with notes of coffee, vanilla and bell pepper. Its dry & medium-bodied with vibrant ripe berry flavors, earth notes and a crisp medium long finish. My note: A wine with good acidity balanced by sweet cherry fruit overtones. Bottled with a screwcap.

Cabernet Franc Merlot food pairings: grilled eggplant, red peppers, pepper steak.
