Grapey and pink grapefruit notes on this highly aromatic wine. A pleasant, bitter tangerine finish. Good acidity for food.

Eagle Tree Muscat food pairings: spicy oriental dishes, lobster.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer reviewed this wine as follows:

The musky side of Muscat, lemon notes, full bodied, zesty flavours. NS Seafood is the perfect match. The pairing is w/ a food that has lemon notes. Whether that's a squeeze of lemon, or a dressing w/ a bright lemon note. It changes the wine. The wine also has the weight to stand up to a cream sauce.
The Eagle Tree Muscat is made from the "New York Muscat" grape variety, grown extensively in Nova Scotia. It is also the best wine for steaming mussels, giving them a wonderful flavour.
