Jameson Triple Triple Irish Whiskey, Ireland is a smooth and layered whiskey that builds on the classic Jameson character with a triple-distilled base aged in a mix of ex-bourbon, virgin oak and fortified wine barrels. It opens with inviting aromas of orchard fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and gentle spice. On the palate it is round and balanced, showing flavours of honeyed apple, pear, cinnamon and subtle nutmeg, supported by soft oak influence and a touch of dried citrus peel, finishing warm and lingering at about 40% alcohol. Fascinating fact: Triple Triple refers to three stages of triple work, triple distilled, aged in three types of casks and bottled to deliver layered complexity while staying true to Jameson’s signature smoothness. Serve it neat, with a splash of water or over a large ice cube.

Irish Whiskey food pairings: cheddar cheese, apple strudel, honey-glazed ham, salted caramel truffles.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
