J. de Villebois' Sauvignon Blanc from Val de Loire, Loire is a blissful, medium-bodied white wine crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc with notes of elderflower, cut grass, passion fruit and Meyer lemon. This dry wine displays tidy mineral note and rippling acidity that will continue to integrate over the next two years. Serve it well chilled with green salads topped with goat cheese and warm baby beets as the wine's vibrant character balances the tangy cheese, or pair it with fish tacos where the wine's briny finish complements the fresh toppings. Winemaker Nicolas de Villebois crafts this elegant wine with remarkable purity, revealing ripe apple, citrus zest and dried oregano complexity alongside stony minerality and a citrusy, maritime finish. The wine's simmering acidity makes it wonderfully food-friendly and very drinkable. This fresh, excellent-value Sauvignon Blanc earned 95 points at the 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards and represents outstanding quality and will drink beautifully through 2028.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: green salads topped with goat cheese and warm baby beats, quiches, brunch fare, fish tacos.
