It is dry, light-to-medium-bodied, and immediately appealing, with a fresh, aromatic nose of honeydew, fresh lime leaf, elderflower, and a delicate whisper of fresh tarragon that gives it a pleasingly herbaceous, almost meadow-like lift. The palate is crisp and energetic, with zippy acidity, a clean thread of white currant and citrus blossom running through the mid-palate, and a refreshingly short, snappy finish that makes it endlessly easy to enjoy.
