Natalie's Score: 95/100

Classically expressed, the inviting bouquet shows green rockmelon, passionfruit, crisp apple, and lime zest aromas. The concentrated palate exhibits terrific fruit intensity and vibrant acidity, making it mouth-watering and hugely appealing. At its best: now to 2029. Score - 95. (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, Nov. 2025) MINE: Invivo X By Sarah Jessica Parker Blend 7 Sauvignon Blanc is a sustainably grown Marlborough white that carries genuine winemaking credibility behind its celebrity collaboration label, delivering a bright, lively, and characterful expression of New Zealand's most iconic white grape variety. It is dry, light-to-medium-bodied, and immediately appealing, with a fresh, aromatic nose of honeydew, fresh lime leaf, elderflower, and a delicate whisper of fresh tarragon that gives it a pleasingly herbaceous, almost meadow-like lift. The palate is crisp and energetic, with zippy acidity, a clean thread of white currant and citrus blossom running through the mid-palate, and a refreshingly short, snappy finish that makes it endlessly easy to enjoy. Serve it well chilled and enjoy through 2026, as this is a wine built for immediate, carefree pleasure rather than extended cellaring. Sarah Jessica Parker co-founded Invivo X as a genuine creative partnership with New Zealand's Invivo Wines, and she is actively involved in the blending process each vintage, making this one of the more authentically collaborative celebrity wine projects in the world. Pair it with a crisp summer salad of shaved fennel, orange segments, and toasted pine nuts dressed in a light citrus vinaigrette, where the wine's herbal lift and citrus brightness will tie every element of the dish together beautifully, or enjoy it alongside a generous smear of herbed goat cheese on a toasted baguette with a drizzle of honey for a simple, wonderfully satisfying warm-weather bite. NEW: Sarah Jessica Parker co-founded Invivo X as a genuine creative partnership with New Zealand's Invivo Wines, and she is actively involved in the blending process each vintage, making this one of the more authentically collaborative celebrity wine projects in the world. Guava and gooseberry lead, backed by a lime citrus, herbaceous streak, and the acidity has a clean snap to it. Try it with salads or grilled pork tenderloin.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: salads, grilled pork tenderloin, herbed goat cheese on baguette.
