A light-bodied Niagara white wine blend of 50/50 Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are grown in the winery's vineyard in both Niagara, Ontario and the Okanagan Valley, BC. Thus the East- West moniker. Aromas of white melon and peach. Pair with creamy cheeses.

Pinot Grigio Chardonnay food pairings: white fish such as Flounder and Halibut or seafood like shrimp or scallops. Braised chicken in a light cream sauce and a multitude of semi-soft or creamy cheeses.

The grapes for these two classic varietals were harvested in the Niagara Peninsula and the Okanagan Valley. Fermented separately both wines were blended in Niagara up on arrival of the wine from the west. Subtle aromatics of green apple and vanilla integrate to create a fresh yet rich nose. On the palate, flavours of citrus and pear create a lively fruit profile balanced with the crisp clean acidity, and supported by a long smooth finish.
