Crafted in Katzrin and kosher for Passover, this robust Israeli red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc offers generous depth and structure. Notes of dark cherry, black raspberry, cassis and hints of smoky spice unfold with a rustic charm, supported by firm yet approachable tannins. Made by the acclaimed Yarden winery, it benefits from a short decant to open up its earthy and toasty layers. Enjoy with lamb shawarma or mushroom stroganoff.

Food pairings: hearty meat dishes, grilled steak, roast beef, lentil and rice stew.

Incomparable Kosher Wine

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
