Supple, smooth and full-bodied Californian Cabernet from the heart of Napa Valley. Features aromas of black fruit, vanilla smoke, tobacco and dark spice. Pair with roast beef. Enticing aromas of leather, smoke, cedar and cocoa on the nose of this robust Californian red wine. Mouth-filling, balanced and integrated with smooth tannins. Pair this Cabernet with a leg of lamb.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: lamb barbecued, crown roast of lamb, stuffed saddle of rabbit.
