Love this Chardonnay, and I'm not a Chardonnay lover. So luscious and fall into it loveliness. Rich, full-bodied with lovely aromas of butterscotch, vanilla smoke and fleshy peach. Pair with roasted chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Low yield grapes, harvested by hand, sorted by hand. Fermented and aged in French oak. A lot goes into this quality Chardonnay at a great price. Ripe peach and stone fruit trending towards tropical. Butter and cream offset with good acidity. French oak accents of vanilla and toasty wood. Super versatile, this wine will work with almost anything. My choice is oysters on the half shell.
Flat Rock 2016 is a medium-plus-bodied, rich and showy Chardonnay from the Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Escarpment in Ontario. This Chard has so much to offer. Look for ripe peaches, baked caramel apples and vanilla smoke and light citrus on this creamy, vibrant Chardonnay. - Community Wine Reviews
