Feudi di San Gregorio Campania Greco di Tufo DOCG is a beautifully precise, medium-bodied white from one of southern Italy's most celebrated and pioneering estates, offering a luminous pale straw colour and an impeccably clean nose of fresh citrus zest, ripe Conference pear, white acacia blossom, a delicate dusting of white pepper, and a signature thread of volcanic minerality that speaks directly of the volcanic and clay-limestone soils of Irpinia's elevated hillside vineyards. It is bone dry and tightly wound on the palate, with a zesty, mouth-watering acidity, a sleek, polished texture, and a savoury, stony finish of impressive length and definition. The Feudi di San Gregorio team, led by chairman Antonio Capaldo and operating from the futuristically designed winery inaugurated in Sorbo Serpico in 2004, has been one of the driving forces behind the modern renaissance of Campanian wine since the estate's founding in 1986, helping to champion Greco di Tufo to its well-deserved DOCG status achieved in 2003. Notably, the estate achieved B-Corp certification in 2022, recognising its leadership in social and environmental sustainability, and its single-vineyard Cutizzi Greco di Tufo earned Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso in 2024, Italy's most prestigious wine accolade. Serve it well chilled alongside a plate of grilled sea bass with a lemon and caper sauce, where the wine's citrus precision and saline finish will mirror the dish beautifully, or with a Neapolitan-style seafood pasta in a light white wine broth for a truly regional pairing. Drink it through 2029 for peak expression.

Greco Di Tufo food pairings: grilled sea bass with lemon and caper sauce, Neapolitan seafood pasta in white wine broth, burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes and basil.
