Featherstone's Pinot Grigio from the Niagara Peninsula is a fresh, light-bodied white made in the Ramato style of northern Italy, whereby extended skin contact with the wine's naturally pink-hued grape skins gives it a beguiling pale blush colour and a lovely textural depth that sets it apart from conventional Pinot Grigio. Made from sustainably grown grapes using a dual-process technique where half the fruit is pressed directly into stainless steel for freshness while the other half rests on its skins for added complexity, the wine offers an enticing bouquet of crushed pomegranate, white nectarine, dried hibiscus, tangerine zest, and a subtle grind of white pepper that adds a quietly exotic lift to the finish. At 12.5% alcohol, it's dry, crisp, and irresistibly drinkable, with a vibrant energy and versatility that makes it equally at home on the patio as it is at the dinner table. Featherstone is one of Niagara's most beloved boutique estates, farming its vineyards on the Twenty Mile Bench with a deep commitment to sustainable viticulture and small-batch, thoughtful winemaking. Serve it well chilled alongside grilled pork tenderloin with a peach and herb salsa, where the wine's fruity depth and peppery lift find a wonderfully complementary partner, or try it with a Caesar salad topped with fresh chilled shrimp, letting the wine's bright acidity and pomegranate freshness play beautifully against the creamy, savoury dressing. Enjoy it through 2028.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: grilled pork tenderloin, chicken, Caesar salad topped with fresh steamed, chilled shrimp.
