Natalie's Score: 92/100

From Duckhorn, their Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 is a robust Californian red that includes 10% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc in the blend. This lush and intense red is a great example of a full bodied Californian Cabernet - cassis, blackberry and mint on the nose - the palate has retained lots of juicy fruit flavors of plum, raspberry, cassis and blackberry and a long finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: rib roast, roast chicken, roast breast of veal.

Reviews and Ratings

Cabernet Sauvignon and includes 10% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc in the blend. This beautiful Cab Sauv. is consistent with its rich and ripe cherries, cassis, dark chocolate, cake spice and peppery flavours on the palate. - Community Wine Reviews
