Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium ruby red, the nose shows stewed dark fruit, dark cherry, and clove. Full bodied, the palate is rich and luscious with sweet dark berries and baking spice. Enjoy 2015-2020. 90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
This Mediterranean blend made by winemaker Jean-Michel Cages is aged for 15 months in oak barrels. Vines are planted at the foot of the Montagne Noire on hillsides with a terroir of sandstone. The 2011 vintage of the Minervois La Liviniere Grand Vin is a red wine blend of 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache grapes. The wine was matured for 15 months in oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
