From the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Cuddy By Tawse 2016 Chardonnay is a rich, medium-plus-bodied, barrel-fermented Chardonnay intense on the palate with bright apple, fresh pear, quince, baking spices, lemon curd and stony mineral flavours buttery, creamy and long on the palate. Jim Cuddy, of Blue Rodeo fame, collaborated with winemakers Paul Pender and Rene Van Ede to create this Niagara beauty.

Chardonnay food pairings: sole meuniere, scallop ravioli, breaded chicken with lemon beurre blanc.
