Gewurztraminer food pairings: Chinese food; shrimp stir fry; California rolls; Chicken Panini with Munster cheese; turkey wraps; apricot and pine nut rice pilaf; grilled salmon with hoisin glaze.

Reviews and Ratings

Clear and bright with a classic aroma of tropical fruit, pear, rose petal and lychee nut.
This light to medium-bodied wine is smooth and soft with just enough acidity to refresh.
Flavours of ripe apple, pear, honeydew and lime fill the mouth, then refreshing notes of yellow plum and white currant, with a spicy edge, linger on the finish.
