Reviews and Ratings

Château Fakra's Cuvée Du Temple from Kfardebian Valley is a substantial, full-bodied red wine offering notes of forest floor, black plum, mahogany and sun-dried fruit. This dry wine displays powerful underlying tannins and ripe, solar character that will continue to develop over the next five years. Serve it at room temperature with slow-braised beef as the wine's mature profile complements the tender meat, or pair it with roast shoulder of lamb where the wine's lingering sweetness balances the rich flavors. Winemaker Naji Boutros crafts this open, expressive wine from high-altitude vineyards in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, where ancient winemaking traditions meet modern techniques. The wine's undergrowth tones and stone fruit complexity showcase the distinctive terroir of this historic wine region. This pleasantly evolved, generous wine earned Gold at the 2025 Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge and represents excellent quality and will drink beautifully through 2031. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
