Incredibly juicy and mouth-watering -- just bursts with personality! Lime, grapefruit and lemon on the nose and palate. Perfectly balanced acidity. Works as an aperitif, but I'd want it with seafood.

Riesling food pairings: sweet and sour pork, seared tuna, planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Each year, there are single blocks of vineyard that show us something unique - small spots where vine maturity, soil and climate combine to create something distinctly CedarCreek. In 2012, we harvested these 21-year-old vines much earlier then we have in the past. The flavours were fresh, citrus-y, even a little lime-y. Perfect. And with sugar-levels still so low, we were presented with the opportunity for a low-alcohol Riesling. We fermented cold and slow to protect and nurture its beautiful purity and the result is our elegant Mosel-by-way-of-the-Okanagan Block 3 Riesling. You can taste the unique character of Block 3 in every glass. On that, you have our word.
