Casillero del Diablo Reserva Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, refreshing Chilean white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It has that classic Sauvignon Blanc zing that wakes up your palate, like someone bottled a perfect day at the beach. Bright, lively aromas of citrus fruits like lime and grapefruit are complemented by fresh green apple and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, it is dry and medium-bodied, with juicy citrus flavours and balanced acidity that lead to a clean, invigorating finish. Typically fermented in stainless steel, it preserves the aromatic freshness and purity of the fruit. Fascinating fact: This Sauvignon Blanc hails from Chile’s Casablanca Valley, known for its cool climate and morning fog that preserve the grape’s vibrant acidity. The Reserva label reflects Concha y Toro’s long history of crafting accessible yet expressive Chilean wines, often showing a lovely mineral edge from vineyards influenced by cool Pacific breezes.

Reserva Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: fresh ceviche or grilled shrimp, where the wine’s fresh acidity enhances bright seafood flavours. Or enjoy it with a crisp garden salad and goat cheese, letting its citrus and herbal character balance creaminess and greens.
