Guado al Tasso Il Bruciato from Bolgheri is a rich, full-bodied Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot, individually fermented and macerated for up to 15 days in stainless steel tanks, revealing aromas of blackberry, warming spices and tar with bright red fruit, sour cherry and charred oak on the palate. Serve it at room temperature with grilled porterhouse steak with rosemary butter, where the wine's plush ripe tannins and generous body complement the rich, charred beef, or pair it with slow-roasted porchetta as the wine's complex spice notes echo the Italian roast's fennel and garlic seasoning. Winemaker Renzo Cotarella oversees this exceptional wine for the Antinori family, whose winemaking legacy spans 26 generations and over 600 years, making them one of Italy's most historic and respected wine dynasties. The Guado al Tasso estate in coastal Bolgheri has been producing world-class Super Tuscan wines since the 1990s, and this wine can be enjoyed now while it retains its freshness or cellared through 2032.

Food pairings: grilled hanger steak, Porchetta, meat and pasta dishes.
